Approach to Therapy:
Georgia is a warm, compassionate therapist who uses evidence-based strategies to assist her clients.   She believes that people aren’t born “just knowing” – and often are never taught - the psychological skills that make for a healthy mind, good relationships, and a happy life.  She therefore specialises in sharing these skills and helping people integrate them into their lives.  Georgia incorporates a range of therapeutic approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) tailored to her client’s needs.  She also enjoys helping couples to address a variety of relationship challenges.  Her approach is open-minded and caring.
