Rachelle is a compassionate psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and membership with the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). She works with clients of all ages, from adolescents to older adults, tailoring her approach to meet individual needs. Rachelle creates a calm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood, promoting healing and growth.


With experience working with disadvantaged clients at a not-for-profit organization, Rachelle treats issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, anger management, and grief. She helps clients explore how past experiences and behaviours impact their present lives, increasing awareness and facilitating positive change.


Rachelle uses various therapeutic approaches, including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness. Her client-centred approach empowers individuals to overcome obstacles and improve their well-being. She works with adolescents, men, women, and older adults, supporting them on their journey to healing.
