As a long-time Mental Health Clinician and practitioner, I believe that everyone has within himself or herself the innate capacity to heal, develop, and grow. I provide clients with a safe, confidential space in which to explore and develop a deeper understanding of their feelings, thoughts and behaviours in their relationships. We seek therapy for a variety of reasons: to manage life transitions, develop coping skills, establish effective parenting tools, or experience validation and support for who we are. I provide therapeutic support for clients who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, frustration, anger, relationship challenges, parenting difficulties and transitions that we all encounter on our life path.
