Jessica works with children aged 12 to 18 years, adolescents, adults, older adults, and women.

Jessica has worked in both a therapy and assessment capacity, across varied age populations including child, adolescent and adult clients, from a diverse cultural background.  Jessica has worked in the therapeutic capacity with adolescents in the child protection system, helping vulnerable young people understand trauma, develop self-regulation skills and delivering psychoeducation.

Jessica is committed to building a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients, allowing them to be their true self and achieve their own personal goals.  Jessica is passionate about working with individuals who identify as female and improving mental health outcomes for people in vulnerable communities.

Jessica has worked in both a therapy and assessment capacity with adolescent and adult clients, from a diverse cultural background. Jessica is passionate about working with individuals experiencing a range of anxiety disorders including PTSD, OCD, and Phobias. Jessica’s areas of interest also include mood disorders, stress, and trauma. Jessica has experience in administering and interpreting cognitive and psychosocial assessments, and preparing professional assessment reports.

Jessica is a registered provisional psychologist until she obtains full AHPRA registration. She is an experienced mental health professional. Jessica studied at the University of Southern Queensland, completing a Master of Professional Psychology (2021), a Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Psychology) (2019), and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (2018).

Jessica utilises several evidence-based Therapies including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychoeducation, Relaxation Training and Cognitive and Psychosocial Assessments.
